Gatorade just kicked Tiger’s ass to the curb. Tiger Woods is going to have to find another drink to quench his thirst because Gatorade just announced that they’ve cut ties with the golfer. Woods previously had a $100 million endorsement deal with the brand, but it’s just been discontinued. A rep for Gatorade told CNBC, “I can confirm that we no longer see a role for Tiger in our marketing efforts and have ended our relationship.” They added, “However, our partnership with the Tiger Woods Foundation will continue. We wish Tiger all the best.” This is the third endorsement deal of Tiger’s to go down the drain — he already lost Gillette and Accenture. Gatorade insists the decision was made before Tiger’s marital problems became publicly known. But I don’t buy it… do you?
