Estate Trying to Block Joe’s Wrongful Death Suit

Last week Joe Jackson attempted to file suit against the UCLA Medical Center to get access to Michael Jackson’s medical records in order to lay the ground work for a wrongful death suit. Not so fast Joe. Michael’s estate is trying to slap down Joe’s suit saying he was not a dependant on Michael Jackson therefore he has no right to file any wrongful death suits. So it’s back to the drawing board for Joe.
