Urban radio talent Tre Black, a veteran on-air personality whose career spanned multiple stations on both coasts, has died. Black died Sunday of a massive heart attack in Detroit. He was only 41. A 2008 civil lawsuit filed against Florida rapper, Plies, is gaining some national attention as the plaintiffs made a move to include the rapper’s brother and his label, Big Gates Records in the suit. The lawsuit stems from a 2006 dispute in a Gainesville, Florida nightclub which erupted into gunfire leaving five clubgoers with gunshots wounds. A 28-year-old California woman will spend the rest of her life in jail for attempting to kill Roberta Busby by setting her on fire. Rianne Theriault-Odom, a mother of four, was sentenced Friday for the 2009 attack on Busby, a stripper at that time.
